Request More InfoThe Postsecondary Readiness and Success (PRS) Program helps schools prepare students to pursue degrees, credentials, and career pathways that support long-term economic mobility. Through coaching, technology, and career guidance curriculum, PRS equips counselors and educators with the tools to help students make informed, intentional decisions about life after high school.
The program emphasizes early career exploration, skill-building, work-based learning, and structured support for navigating postsecondary systems. By pairing personalized guidance with practical tools, PRS helps students graduate high school ready to pursue affordable, high-value postsecondary options aligned with their goals.

CounselorGPT
CounselorGPT helps students navigate one of the most consequential decisions of their lives: choosing a postsecondary pathway. Through 24/7 access to personalized, AI-powered guidance, the platform helps students explore their interests, connect those interests to aligned careers, and identify affordable, high-return postsecondary options. CounselorGPT provides students with an average of 800 minutes of advising support per year, compared to the national average of just 41 minutes. Early implementation also shows that approximately 80% of student career interests explored through the tool align with high-wage, high-growth fields.
