The Resilient Scholars Program is UA’s approach to helping schools make social-emotional learning a sustainable part of how they teach and support students. RSP provides educators with the tools, resources, curriculum, and assessments needed to strengthen students’ social and emotional development across the school community.
RSP is most powerful when paired with UA’s SEL services, including professional learning, coaching, implementation planning, and continuous improvement support—helping schools move from adopting SEL practices to building the internal capacity to sustain them.

Project CAFE—the Classroom Automated Feedback Environment—is an AI-enabled teacher development tool that turns classroom video into timely, actionable insights about instructional practice. By helping educators and coaches quickly identify meaningful moments in classroom instruction, CAFE creates more opportunities for reflection, feedback, and professional growth.
CAFE extends the reach of UA’s instructional coaching and professional learning services. Rather than replacing coaching, it gives teachers and coaches better information to work from, helping schools increase the frequency, focus, and impact of professional feedback.
Expand access to personalized postsecondary guidance.
CounselorGPT is an AI-powered postsecondary advising tool designed to help students explore college, career, credential, and workforce pathways with greater access to relevant information. Available when students need it, CounselorGPT helps them ask questions, compare options, and make more informed decisions about life after high school.
Built to complement—not replace—the expertise and relationships of school counselors, CounselorGPT extends the capacity of UA’s postsecondary readiness and success work. When paired with UA’s advising, professional learning, and implementation services, it helps schools create a stronger system of support around every student’s postsecondary journey.
